Referral Checklist

Specialized Prosthodontic Care: Dr. Thomas provides specialized prosthodontic treatments with a range of advanced options to meet a patient's needs.

Out-of-Network Provider:  Dr. Thomas is out of network for all insurance plans. Your patient will be responsible for our office fees at the time of service. Then we will file with their insurance so they can receive reimbursement for any benefits they may have.

​Medically Compromised Patients: Dr. Thomas can work with most medically compromised patients, but certain cases may require additional considerations.

​

Personalized Treatment: We carefully assess each case to ensure we’re the right fit for your patient's needs.

​

Onsite Full-Service Lab: All of our prostheses are custom made on-site. This allows for the best results for your patient.
